- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of part 1 of the public contract is the acceptance and recycling of construction and demolition waste. These are the following types of wastea) Waste to No. 17 01 01 Concrete (dominant waste in production of construction and demolition machinesof the contracting party's waste) Estimated production of approx. 3,000 tons/year, while the participant must have sufficient capacity to receive this expected production. b) Waste to No. 17 01 01 Concrete admixtures or excessive pieces Estimated production of approx. 1,000 tons/year, while the participant must have sufficient capacity to e.gof this expected production. c) Waste to No. 17 01 02 Bricks Expected production of approx. 50 tons/year, while the participant must have sufficient capacity to receive this expected production. d) Waste to No. 17 01 07 Mixtures or separated fractions of concrete , bricks, tiles and ceramic products not listed under numberm 17 01 06 (dominant waste in the construction and demolition waste production of the contractor) Expected production of approx. 1,000 tons/year, while the participant must have sufficient capacity to receive this expected production.
The subject of the contract is the acceptance and recycling of construction and demolition waste, namely as requestedof Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended. Waste must be handled in accordance with § 3 of the Waste Act in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management, i.e. they must preferably be recycled and, according to § 13 of the Waste Act, handed over directly or through a waste carrier only tomanagement intended for dealing with the given type and category of waste. Transportation of waste to a stationary facility for waste recycling is not the subject of this public contract, the contracting authority ensures this with its own vehicle fleet. - Documents :
