Description: The subject of the public contract will be the acquisition of a tool to enable the encryption of email communications, data repositories, files and folders, as well as the secure deletion of files and folders.
Storage encryption must be at the storage media level and the tool must allow secure disposal of cryptographic keys stored in a customer-managed certified hardware security module (HSM) according to FIPS 140-2 Level 2.
It must be possible to install the tool on a commonly used environment of various types of terminal equipment and it must be friendly and usable for the average user so that specialized training is not required.
The contracting authority assumes that the requested tool will be used by approximately 1,200 users / employees of the contracting authority.
A detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in Annex No. 2 to the call published on the contracting authority's profile.
