• A platform for managing AI agents and automated workflows The subject of the public contract is the design, implementation, deployment and subsequent operation of a universal multi-agent AI platform provided as a service operated locally on-premise, which integrates communication scenarios towards the public as well as internal automation processes of the statutory city of Brno within the common administrative interface. The supplier will provide a complete supply of redundant hardware and software equipment for on-premise installation in the client's environment, while the solution must be designed for continuous operation for at least three years without the need for further expansion of servers. Part of the implementation is the implementation of intelligent chatbots for the main website of the city and the websites of the Municipalities, which are in production web platforms, creation of internal AI agents, such as an AI doorman or voicebot, and setting up automated workflows using advanced language models (LLM) with high relevance for the Czech language. The entire system must be designed to be scalable and open for future expansion with new types of AI agents and more modern language models. As part of the performance, a detailed technical analysis will also be carried out, the migration of the existing knowledge base will be ensured, an intuitive interface will be created for content managers, training will be provided personnel and guaranteed high availability of the service with a defined reaction time for faults.
