Description:
The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement for a fixed period of time, for 48 months from the date of its effectiveness. m. Prague. ("Framework Agreement").
Framework Agreement BUde closed between the contracting authority and 3 (three) suppliers. If the contracting authority is unable to select the number of suppliers referred to in the previous sentence, the contracting authority may conclude a framework agreement with a lower number of suppliers who meet the terms and conditions, but at least 2 (two) suppliers.The framework agreement will take place without the restoration of the competition pursuant to § 134 of the Public Procurement Act and in the procedure with the renewal of the competition pursuant to § 135 of the Public Procurement Act. Partial public contracts will be awarded without restoring the competition, the estimated value of which will not exceed CZK 500,000 without VAT. However, the contracting authority is roastedAlways enter a sub -public contract by procedure with the renewal of the competition (in the minitendre).
