- The purpose of this procurement procedure is to introduce a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") to ensure the supply of promotional items and textiles for individual BUT components. In detail, the subject of fulfillment of individual public contracts entered into in DNS will be defined by technical, commercial and other contractual termsmi conditions in the context of calls for tenders in accordance with ยง 141 et seq. ZZVZ.
Individual public contracts will be entered in the DNS at irregular intervals determined in advance, depending mainly on the operational needs of individual components of the contracting authority. Also the volumes of individual public contracts awardedin DNS, the contracting authority assumes from units to tens of units in a specific public contract.
