- The subject of public contracts awarded in DNS will be the supply of dehydrated bases for the preparation of solid and liquid culture media (agar and broth), ready-made culture media (in Petri dishes, test tubes and vials) as well as supplements for the preparation of solid and liquid culture media for contractorsonly to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions and individual calls for tenders in the DNS according to § 141 ZZVZ. Included in the supply of dehydrated bases for the preparation of solid and liquid culture media (agar and broth), ready-made culture media (in Petri dishes, test tubes and bottles) and supplementsnts for the preparation of solid and liquid cultivation soils will also include packaging, transport to the place of fulfillment, insurance premiums for insuring supplies during transport to the place of fulfillment, distribution to premises designated by the client at the place of fulfillment, customs, tax and any other fees associated with the realization of the public subjecth contracts.
The contracting authority will award public contracts within DNS according to its operational needs at predetermined and irregular intervals.
DNS is divided into three categories as follows:
1. Dehydrated bases for the preparation of solid and liquid cultivation soils (agar and broth).
2. Finished cultivation land in Petriho dishes, test tubes and vials.
3.Supplements for the preparation of solid and liquid cultivation soils.
Applications for participation can be submitted to one, more or all categories of this DNS being introduced.
