- Description:
- Technology of the Capital City of Prague, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") implements a dynamic purchasing system for the supply of protective work clothing and aids (hereinafter referred to as the "DNS") in accordance with the provisions of § 138 et seq. ZZVZ. The purpose of this procurement procedure is to implement and use DNS on a period of forty-eight (48) months from the introduction of DNS. DNS is divided into categories according to § 138, paragraph 1 ZZVZ according to the defined subject of public procurement: 1. Protective work shoes 2. Protective work clothes 3. Protective work clothes for technical work position 4. Protective work equipment for working at heights 5. Specific protective work equipment The subject of public contracts will be the supply of protective work equipment for working at heights (e.g. safety harnesses, safety ropes, carabiners, safety equipment for work in suspension) as required by the Client. The subject of public contracts will be the supply of specific protective work equipment (e.g. work gloves, hats, neck braces, protective glasses, as required by the Employer. Public subject of the order will be the supply of protective work non-reflective clothing for work technical positions as required by the Client. The subject of public contracts will be the supply of protective work clothes as required by the Employer.
