- A dynamic purchasing system for diagnostic supplies The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the supply of diagnostics intended for use in the contracting party's laboratory operations within the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions and individual calls for submission offers in DNS according to Section 141 of the Act. Delivery will also include transport to destinations, packaging, insurance, customs and tax fees. As part of the delivery of diagnostics, the contracting authority may request the free loan of equipment for the required diagnostics and any related consumables. Any request by the contracting authority for the supply of diagnostics, including the free loan of equipment and any related consumables, will always be specified by the contracting authority in individual calls for tenders in the DNS according to § 141 of the law.
