- The subject of this small -scale public contract is the conclusion of the contract for the annual inspection, revision and repair of the APH and LPH warehouse management. The exact description and definition of the performance of the contract is given in Annex 1 specification and in the draft contract No. 69576/2024-8407. Fill in and attach to the menu. The contracting authority requires the following qualification: 1) Authorization for assembly, repair and revision of electrical equipment issued by the SOTD MO pursuant to Section 7 (1) (a). d) of Act No. 219/1999 Coll., Decree MO No. 273/1999 Coll. and Article 6 (a). c) RMO No. 28/2002. 2) Certificate to carry out inspections of anti -plosive ADAST fuses and protective systems, and DAG type. 3) Authorization for checks Harrier 4) Registration at the Czech Metrology Institute for repair and installation of flow meters. To clarify the diagnostics of repair and processing of the quotation, we recommend a personal inspection at the time of tenders by prior arrangement with the contact person.
