The subject of this public contract is a two-poton polymer printer for printing micro and nano 3D structures. Two high -resolution lenses are included in high -resolution mode, including basic substrates and printing polymers. The assembly will consist of a fully functional technological unit including SWTo convert models and transmission of tasks.
The purpose of the required device is to prepare prototypes in the field of micro-optics, micro-fluids, AFM probond, micro-mechanics and MEMS.Documentation.
