Description: The subject of the public contract is the supply of ICT techniques and the software specified in Appendix 4 tender documentation, ie technical specifications and tender table, for Part 1 and for Part 2 Public contract is divided into two parts:
Part 1 of Public Procurement, Robotics,
2. Part of the public contract, ICT.
The supplier can submit its offer to any part or both of the public contracts.
Each part of the public contract is a separate part of the procurement procedure, and all steps for it will take place separately according to legal rules. A separate contract will be concluded on each part of the contract.
More detailed specifications of the subject of the contract is set out under point 5 of the Technical Terms and Conditions and at the same time in the Annex to the Propode Agreement, which forms an integral part of the tender conditions. The conditions are binding conditions are absolute, and therefore failure to comply with any of them will indicate the exclusion of the participant from other participation in the procurement procedure.
