- The subject of the VZ is the acquisition of laboratory equipment for laboratory analyzes of aviation kerosene and diesel fuel, including their additives. In accordance with § 53 of the Act, the subject of the General Assembly is divided into 2 separate parts. 26-012 H.M. - purchase of laboratory equipment_1. part The subject of the 1st part of the VZ is the procurement of: • 1 pc of a new fully automatic CFPP (Cold filter plugging point) device for determining the filterability of diesel fuel according to ČSN EN 116 including a built-in cryostat, • 1 pc of new Pensky-Martens device to determine flash point in a closed cup according to ČSN EN ISO 2719, An integral part of the VZ subject is the installation and commissioning of the delivered devices at the place of fulfillment and the training of the device operators. 26-012 H.M. - purchase of laboratory equipment_2. part The subject of the 2nd part of the VZ is procurement: •1 new FT-IR spectrometer for determining the concentration of the C/LIA additive in F-34 aviation fuel and determining the volume fraction of FAME according to ČSN EN 14078, • 1 pc of the new BugCount® Fuel instrument for determining microbial contamination in JET A-1 aviation fuel according to ASTM D7463, • 1 piece of new device for determining the height of the non-soaking flame in JET aviation fuel A-1 (Smoke point Apparatus) according to ASTM D1322. An integral part of the VZ subject is the installation and commissioning of the delivered devices at the place of fulfillment and operator training devices.
