Description:
The subject of the public contract is the procurement of 2 identical new traction rail vehicles of independent traction (hereinafter referred to as "locotractors"), intended for operation on sidings with technical readiness for the additional installation of ETCS with subsequent operation on national and regional railways, including the provision of the so-called "full service" of loco tractors, within which the first 24 months are covered by the quality guarantee, including regular maintenance and inspection of the loco tractors according to the manufacturer's maintenance instructions, and after the end of this 24-month quality guarantee, complete maintenance, repairs and revision of loco tractors, excluding the cost of spare parts (hereinafter referred to as "full service"), the scope and conditions of full service are set out in more detail in Appendix No. 2) ZD. Locotractors must be approved by the Railway Authority of the Czech Republic for operation on railways other than national or regional according to § 43c, Act No. 266/1994 Coll. The delivery also includes operator training, to the extent and under the conditions set out in Appendix No. 2) ZD.
