- The subject of the public contract is the procurement of 2 identical new traction rail vehicles of independent traction (hereinafter referred to as "locotractors"), intended for operation on the siding with technical readiness for the additional installation of ETCS with subsequent operation on the national and regional, including the provision of the so-called "full service" of loco tractors, within which the first 24 months are covered under the quality guarantee, including regular maintenance and inspection of loco tractors according to the manufacturer's maintenance instructions, and after the end of this 24-month guarantee for quality, for the next 36 months, complete maintenance, repair and overhaul of loco tractors is provided, excluding the cost of spare parts (hereinafter also referred to as "full service"), the scope and conditions of full service are set out in more detail in Appendix No. 2) ZD. Locotractors must be approved by the Railway Authority of the Czech Republic for operation on railways other than national or regional according to § 43c, Act No. 266/1994 Coll.
