- The subject of the VZ is to ensure ongoing supplies of new personal protective equipment (hereinafter referred to as “PPE”) for employees of the contracting authorities and branches according to the current needs in the period 2024 - 2028 for the purposes and to ensure the legal competence of the contracting authority resulting from Act No. 97/1993 Coll. , on the competence of the State Material Reserves, as amended. PPE is designed primarily for employees of the contracting authorities who carry out workers' professions, security staff of objects, but also for technical projection workers authorized by inspection and head of centers and branches. The main objective of the uniform PPE purchase is to continue color matching and increase the quality of work clothes with respect to strict health safety and health criteria. The contracting authority states that this is not a tender for the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the law.
