Description: The subject of VZ is the delivery of one type of oil to the central tank area of the oil company MERO ČR, a.s. In Nelahozeves. Oil will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the State Material Reserve. The total amount delivered will correspond to the delivery of USD 52 250 000 without VAT according to the unit price and quantities in whole tons. In its offer, the supplier identifies one particular type of oil according to the specified technical conditions of the VZ, and the quantity it offers for delivery. Oil is designed for further processing. The contracting authority is limited by USD 52 250 000 without VAT, which hereby provides as a fixed price, which can only be adjusted by reduction to the entire USD units, only if the product of the supplier offered by the whole tonnes and unit prices will not correspond to the above amount. The contracting authority requires the delivery of the maximum possible amount of oil, where the product of the unit price and the amount offered will correspond to the USD amount of 52 250 000 without VAT (for more see ZD)
