- The subject of the public order is the procurement of 1 new containerized power plant of 250 kVA, which is intended to ensure the supply of electricity to objects and buildings during extraordinary events and crisis situations, especially in the event of a power outage, including the provision of regular warranty inspectionsfor the duration of the quality guarantee according to Article VIII of the purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as "warranty inspections") - Annex No. 2 ZD, and only if they are required by the supplier). The delivery also includes operator training lasting at least 4 hours for at least 2 people, during handover of the item and itszical acceptance at the place of performance.
