- The subject of the VZ is the processing of one-stage project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "PD") for the implementation of the insulation of facades and ceilings, the installation of a photovoltaic power plant, air conditioning and heat pumps, including engineering activities for the procurement of an administrative decision to permit the construction of storage halls forensuring energy savings. The contracting authority anticipates financing the project from the funds of the European Union from the Next Generation EU fund within the subsidy program of the National Renewal Plan call No. NPO 2/2022 "Reducing the energy efficiency of buildings of state organizational units". For this reason, PD must meet pthe requirements of the program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic according to call No. NPO 2/2022 of the National Recovery Plan - according to the current possibility of submitting a subsidy application and must be developed in such a way as to enable the assessment of the proposed measures and the possibility of providing support for their implementation.
