- The subject of the VZ is the acquisition of 400 t of frozen meat (hereinafter also "meat") and its preservation. Meat will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves (hereinafter also "HR"). Administration as contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the scope of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, fromensures the defense and defense of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the vital economic interests of the state. According to § 35 of the Act, the subject of the VZ is divided into 2 (two) separate parts, namely: 1st part of the VZ: Supply and protection of 200 tons of pork in types and quantities: -loinboneless 50 tons, -boneless shoulder 50 tons, -boneless roast 50 tons -boneless neck 50 tons. Part 2 VZ: Delivery and protection of 200 tons of pork in the types and quantities: - boneless thigh 50 tons, - boneless shoulder 50 tons, - boneless roast 50 tons - boneless neck 50 tons.
