The lens will be part of the state material reserves of the Czech Republic. Administration as a contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., On the scope of the management of state material reserves, as amended, it ensures, through material reserves of the state's defense and defense, the elimination of crisis situations, protecting important economic interests.
