Description:
Five public contracts for the services of the service provider for personal and dining (small cargo) elevators in the facilities of the Diplomatic Service, specifically:
Frequency: every 3 months for individuals intake, every 6 months for food intake.
Periodicity: personal withdrawals 1 every 3 years, cargo withdrawals 1 every 6 years.
Unscheduled events, unplanned repairs caused by extraordinary events, the need to ensure safe operation, evacuation of people.
Emergency repairs (work completed within 24 hours of emergency); repair of defects found during expert inspections and expert tests, including replacement of parts and consumables.
Evacuation of persons from the cabin (started no later than 60 minutes after the emergency, this is an evaluation criterion, see art. 8, paragraph 8.1. this ZD).
Extra-ordinary events will be carried out based on the prices of the supplier's offer and the subsequent written order. The supplier is obliged to apply the hourly rate, including transport, according to the contract.
