- The subject of the Public Procurement for Services is to provide comprehensive services in the objects of the diplomatic service concerning the maintenance of gas and electrical equipment, including the service to call in the event of a failure. The specifications of these services and repairs are as follows:
a) Regular maintenance of gasEquipment
Regular maintenance means providing regular service service of gas boilers and hot water water (hereinafter the equipment). Maintenance will be carried out once a year at the deadlines agreed with the Client and to the extent determined by the manufacturer of individual equipment (Annex 1 to the contract).
b) regularMaintenance of electrical equipment
Regular maintenance means providing regular service services of electric boilers located in the Goethe Institute, Masaryk nabřeži 32, Prague 1.device.
c) Call service in case of equipment failure
Service for call for equipment failure means in advance unpredictable intervention to identify fault, commission equipment or deletion of equipment failure.
d)Pressure vessels and flue gas analysis
Professional inspection of the boiler room, inspection of all gas equipment located in the building, operational revision of pressure vessels and flue gas analysis will be performed regularly once a year according to valid legislation agreed with the client.Revision of pressure vessels according to valid legislation, year revision in the building is given in the bid sheet.
