- The subject of the VZ is the repair of the balcony, the terraces for the garden on the 1st floor and the terrace on the 2nd floor. The reason for the repair is to remove leakage into the building. It is necessary to repair the terrace on the first floor (northern facade), where cracks and wet ceilings on the staircase and the floor of the terrace appeared. The cracks can also be observed in the peripheral wall of this terrace and a drop of the pavement at the staircase is also recorded. Similar defects can be found on the floor of the terrace on the 2nd floor, and there is also a malfunction of the inlets and violations of the insulation around them and the balcony doors (above the kitchen) resulting in rainwater leaking up the stair hall on the west side. As part of the event, the balcony will be repaired on the 2nd floor. Summary of work: • Terrace on the 1st floor - it will be necessary to remove damaged building elements and structures and detect the foundations of damaged parts. Subsequently, build a new staircase from the garden, a new terrace floor including waterproofing and end the repair of plasters and coatings, and last but not least, the metal railing refurbishment. • Terrace on the 2nd floor - the repair of waterproofing failures, including the repair of non -functional inserts.
