Description: The subject of VZ is: a) acquisition of 100 tons of heat-treated meat product from minced meat, spreadable, canned, sterilized - pâté (hereinafter also "pâté") b) protection of 100 tons of pâtés. The subject of the General Assembly is divided into 4 separate parts, namely: Part 1: Supply and protection of 25 tons of pâtés; Part 2: Supply and protection of 25 tonnes of pâtés; Part 3: Supply and protection of 25 tonnes of pâtés; Part 4: Supply and protection of 25 tonnes of pâtés. The conditions of delivery and protection are set out in detail in the attached binding proposals "Purchase Agreement" and "Protection Agreement" and are identical for all parts of the General Terms and Conditions.
