Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the development of project documentation for a building permit (DSP) and documentation for construction execution (DPS) and related activities for the repair and construction modifications of building E2 (no. 1324 in Bendlova Street in Liberec 1) in the following scope:
Phase one
Creation of the project documentace to submit an application for the issuance of a building permit according to Annex No. 12 of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, as amended, including the calculation of costs broken down into investment and non-investment costs.
Phase two
Execution of engineering activities, assurance valid building permit, including copiesnecessary actions to obtain all permits, decisions, approvals and opinions necessary for submitting a proper (flawless) application for the issuance of a building permit and obtaining a valid building permit.
Phase Three
Producing documentation for the award (selection of a contractor) and construction implementation.
Fourth Phase
Cooperationst and technical assistance in the procurement procedure for the selection of the construction contractor.
Phase Five
Author supervision of the construction throughout the construction period.
Sixth Phase
Actions after construction completion, cooperation during the handover and acceptance of the construction from the contractor and during construction approval.
