• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the realization of a new building of civic amenities, which will serve as a background for a unit of the volunteer fire department. The building will have two floors, with a partially attic part, a gable roof and selected operations open to the roof. The building will be divided into a garage for parking fire engines, changing rooms with sanitary facilities, technical and operating rooms, a day room and an office. The construction also includes all constructions - selected areas will be made of exposed concrete, technological equipment, surface treatments, insulation, plumbing elements, connection to utility networks and other activities and work necessary for the complete and functional implementation of the construction according to the project documentation. The building will be heated by an air-to-water heat pump, which will be located in the technical room together with the ventilation technology. The garage will be equipped with appropriate facilities for the operation of vehicles (e.g. compressor, etc.). The building is intended primarily for the needs of a volunteer fire department unit, while part of the building (garage space) can also be used for one-off social events with limited public access.
