- Description:
- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the execution of maintenance works - the removal of flood damage caused by the construction of the waterworks - the main drainage facility (HOZ) during floods in September 2024 in the c.u. Albrechtice town, Albrechtice town, ORP Krnov, Moravian-Silesian region - removal of sediment deposits with its transport to the floated section in km 0.000 0.070 and its use for raising and comparing the plain in the place where the channel used to lead, profiling and connecting the remaining part of the damaged open channel, grading along the entire length of the open part of the HOZ, camera survey of the tubular part of the HOZ and its subsequent cleaning, removal of combs from the inlet to the pipeline, their repair and replacement, mowing of wild vegetation and aquatic vegetation, including digging and depositing on the shore edges of the HOZ, trimming of tree branches and removal of attacked tree branches, including ecological disposal of unusable wood in in accordance with the Waste Act No. 541/2020 Coll., as amended, removal of obstacles in the flow profile of organic sediments and collection of washed municipal waste from the HOZ profile, including ecological disposal in accordance with the Waste Act No. 541/2020 Coll., as amended. The work will be done on 1 object of the construction of a waterworks the main drainage facility (HOZ) with a total length of 0.304 km, which was damaged during the floods in September 2024, to ensure the operability and restore the functionality of the HOZ in state property and the responsibility to manage the SPU. A specific description of the individual required works is given in the draft contract and is Annex No. 1 and in the technical report, which is Annex No. 3 of the invitation.
