Description:
The subject of fulfillment of this public contract is the services of ensuring the necessary documents, elaboration of projects, performing engineering activities aimed at ensuring the necessary permits and creating the implementation documentation, which would serve as a basis for subsidy requests and at the same time was direct The basis for the selection of the contractor and own realization. Depending on the type of objects proposed, it can be assumed that the actions will be permitted in a joint territorial and construction proceedings with water part as the main construction. The subject of the work is therefore to develop project documentation up to the documentation for implementation Construction (PCB) within the project of extension of the forest park and revitalization of Šatava in Hrušovany near Brno. The scope of the work is determined by Annex 4 of the tender documentation (awarding project and engineering work, calculation of costs). Project documentation and all related engineering activities within the project will be carried out in the manner and under the conditions under the contract for work, which is Annex 3 of the tender documentation. The entire documentation will be processed so that it is possible to apply for a subsequent work for a subsidy from the Operational Program Life Program, ie in addition to the usual requirements, the documentation must also meet the requirements a subsidy provider. The estimated value of designed construction work is CZK 13.7 million without VAT. The order is not divided into parts. The contracting authority does not intend to discuss offers with participants. The contracting authority assumes co -financing from the SEF sources.
