- The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts.
In accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 3 parts:
1) Part 1: Public administration systems
2) Part 2: Complementing the infrastructure
3) Part 3: Automation of work with electronic documents
As part of this procurement procedure, the participant can therefore submit an offer for part 1 or 2 or 3 of the contract, or for two of them or all 3 of these parts. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered complete fulfillment of the given part of the contract, in accordance with the terms of the tender documentation.
